EAT FISH!

So all you emo people EAT MORE OILY FISH!

So based on this research, we can conclude that the Japanese, despite their fondness of seafood, hardly eats fish. Because if they really do eat fish, then how would you explain their suicide rate?

Ah but the research did say it helps allevate depression symptoms not remove it, and the level of depression in Japan is generally higher than most other developed countries.

If they don't have oily fish as part if their regular diets the suicide rate will most likely be higher.
